- Wetrust Luxembourg S.A., registered with the Luxembourg Trade Registry (RCS) under section B number 179.822, whose office is located at 8, Rue de la Grève, L-1643 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (hereinafter «Wetrust»)  

This Privacy Policy is dated * and will be updated from time to time to reflect any changing regulatory requirements, processing practices or new functionalities that we might add and that require use of personal data. Any such changes will be posted on the website www.wetrust.lu and will be effective upon posting.

• Information that you provided to us when applying for a job at Wetrust in order to assess your profile and skills;

Your personal data are used in order for Wetrust to be able:

• To provide professional services to our clients and to manage our business relationships with you or your organization (including for billing, accounting, auditing, collection, payments, employment, and other support services);

Personal data processed within the context of a recruitment process are kept for six years upon consent; otherwise your data will be kept for six months. Personal data processed during a recruitment event are kept for two years.
